Phillip has been saying some words for months now, but I feel it is really picking up and felt like I should document some of it. He said 'dada' and then, eventually, 'mama'.
The Dictionary (according to Phillip):
An or en = milk
Bur = bread
Nana = banana
Nana-an = smoothie
Nigh = blanket (perhaps derivative of putting a blanket on him and saying night-night)
Woof-woof or woo-woo= dog
Ca = cat, duck (quack)
So = snow or other precipitation
Zizz= fizzy water, seltzer
Zzz = zipper
Ahao OR hao = help
Ter = truck or tractor
Water = water, or it can also refer to the toilet
Tsh = toothbrush
Cakoe = cracker, chip, cookie, cheerios or other dry cereal, used to also refer to bread
My= more, occasionally may have its more traditional meaning
La-la = guitar, ukelele or other stringed musical instrument, may also refer to music in general. A more impressive instrument may be referred to as a coo-lala.
Hoo = owl
Trn or chn = train
Eye = egg
Geeze = glasses
Foom = phone
Cheese = cheese or Mac n cheese
Tot = hot
His first word was no. He has yet to adopt an affirmative.
